Multimedia Artboard can be used successfully with almost any combination of media. It is lightweight and usable on both sides. Great for travel. This board is dimensionally stable.
No priming required, archival, non-buckling, makes colors brilliant, and is suitable for
nearly every type of art and craft application.
Watercolor, gouache, acrylic, casein, pencil, pastels, charcoal, oil, oil bar, alkyd.
Collage, monoprint or airbrush. It accepts and releases adhesives without surface damage.
This innovative combination of paper & resin provides an exceptionally durable product that has few limitations. Pigments adhere to the surface maintaining color integrity. Holds a definite color edge. Can be scraped or sanded to compliment media applications. Usable on both sides, flat or textured finish. Gesso can be applied for a less absorbent surface.
Acid Free-Lignin Free, pH 6.7-7.0 neutral.
Multimedia Artboard is 1/32" in thickness
Translucent (white) will not yellow. With backlighting, can be used for tracing.
Will NOT buckle even when saturated.The surface can be sanded if smoother texture is desired. Correcting can be made by scraping with a curved blade pen knife.
